We took a simple malt bill with 2-row barley and white wheat to create a light and easy drinking beer. To make it unique we added za’atar and sumac to the boil. This gives the beer a refreshing lemony herbal character.

This is the perfect drink for the springtime. A traditional Belgian Style Ale with coriander, orange peel, and Belgian malts, is complimented bysubtle strawberry sweetness and a dry tart finish. With radiating shades of hazy orange,beaming aromas of overripe strawberries and traditional Farmhouse Ale esters, thisunfiltered saison has a great balance of tartness, spice, and sweetness. Thestrawberry is added during fermentation creating a delicate flavor and refreshingtartness to each sip.
This offers all of the chocolate and roasted notes that you wouldexpect from a stout. Aromas of dried dark cherry, vanilla, and coffee compliment theflavors of roasted malt and coffee with a hint of chocolate all which builds the foundationof this creamy stout. There's enough distinctive malt sweetness to round out thebitterness of this stout and it finishes like it got a dollop of whip cream. The addition oflactose produces a medium-full body, thich creamy head, and a sweet and subtle fïnish.

Gluten free Brown ale. Lindsay’s very first beer recipe only available on draft. Made with 8 hop varieties selected and blended entirely by smell for great complexity.
Brewed with lactose and oats for body. Late-boil hop addition and copious dry-hopping for a balanced bitterness with juicy notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and a hint of pine. Simply put, this is some Awesome Sauce.
British malts, hops and yeast put together this joy to behold, resulting in flavors and aromas of caramel, rich toffee, hints of plum and leather. The Admiral hops bring a light orange-citrus undertone to keep the body rich, but spirited. Spontaneously fermented ale brewed with cherries and spruce tips. Barrel aged in wine barrels for over a year and blended. Slightly sweet and tart with strong cherry and fruit flavors.
Five types of heirloom apples were carefully blended with French & English cider varieties to produce this flagship cider. Partially wild fermented, complex apple, notable acidity, and minerality, with darker bitterness and mild tannic astringency. Just barely off-dry.
The Newtown Pippin apple (AKA Albemarle) was a highly regarded favorite of Thomas Jefferson for the excellent cider it produced. Using apples from century-old trees, then fermented with the use of wild yeasts, this cider is complex, crisp and refreshing with subtle lingering bitterness and a drying finish.

The 2016 vintage of our English farmhouse cider made exclusively with traditional English cider apples, including Harry Masters Jersey, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Brown's, and Porter's Perfection. Dry, tannic, with a secondary malolactic refermentation. Aged in a 4 Roses Single Barrel bourbon barrel for three months.
